TAH Northern Trading is the Territory’s first indigenous-owned grocery wholesaler supplying both retail and food service to remote businesses in the Top End of Australia. We specialise in supplying but not limited to remote communities and townships from the coast to the desert.
HISTORY OF TAH NORTHERN TRADING
Formally known as TH Northern Trading, the business was born by selling basic groceries to a small group of Aboriginal communities across the Top End. Over 21 years later TH Northern Trading was recognised as one of the leading retail wholesalers in the Territory, operating Dry and Chiller stores with a strong team of over 20 employees. In December of 2019 the move was made to partner with Aminjarrinja Enterprises and form TAH Northern Trading. With new ownership, directors and management team, this has cemented the companies hold in the Top End ensuring the strengthening of the business for many years to come.
